We are two sisters and we often stay in Spain, especially in Andalusia. During our various stays, we have had the opportunity to know and try various local products whose flavors we want to reproduce on this site of ours, bringing a little of Spain to Ticino and Switzerland.

Our choice has fallen on raw materials of excellent quality and, in some cases, still made by hand, seeking ecologically sustainable and environmentally compatible production.
