Protos Reserva is an elegant, complex and large-character wine that will not lascerà nessuno indifferente.
 Maturation: minimum 18 months in French and American barrels.
 Taste: dark ciliegia rosso color, with mattone sfumature.
 Intense taste of dark fruit, liquirizia, if you perceive a lightly toasted note, vaniglia, speziato. Good acidity, with a great balance of fruit from the wood and a persistent and harmonious finale in the mouth.
 Accompagnamento: carni rosse, piatti with tartufo, foie gras. Formaggi stagionati and salumi.
 Temperature: 17-18C
