Type of tone with soda meat, rossa and very piacevole on the palate, very apprezzato in Giappone and chiamato katsuo, name that has data origine to the genere Katsuwonus. The filets of the tone have a faint color, slightly pink, and the formats of the strati are well defined by the compact and succose meat.
